6ssix Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction & Parties

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6ssix ("6ssix", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 6ssix.app and all associated subdomains and services.

6ssix operates as a licensed online gaming platform under an international gaming license. The platform provides online casino games, a sports betting sportsbook, live dealer services, slot games, and related entertainment products to eligible adult players.

By registering an account on 6ssix, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 6ssix platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the 6ssix platform and may not create or access a 6ssix account.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain a 6ssix account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 6ssix strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances frozen pending investigation, and winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Residential Eligibility: You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 6ssix or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 6ssix account. Only one account per player is permitted at 6ssix.
• Own Name & Details: You must register using your own real name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and mobile phone number. Registration using false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to hold one (1) 6ssix account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identifying details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and balances across all accounts may be forfeited at 6ssix's discretion.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6ssix account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your 6ssix account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately contact 6ssix support via live chat. 6ssix is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 6ssix is required by its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. As a minimum, KYC documentation will be required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include: a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 6ssix reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with a published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts inactive for 36 months may be closed at 6ssix's discretion, with any remaining balance subject to the applicable dormant account policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6ssix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount at 6ssix is Rs. 200. 6ssix reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount at 6ssix is Rs. 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) 6ssix's internal fraud and anti-money laundering screening. Processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one (1) business day of approval.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. 6ssix operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practically applicable. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 6ssix reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Transaction Fees. 6ssix does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are independent of 6ssix and are the player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by 6ssix are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New 6ssix players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to: (a) minimum deposit requirement as stated in the active welcome bonus offer; (b) bonus must be claimed at the time of the qualifying deposit; (c) one welcome bonus per player, household, address, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses at 6ssix are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed. For example: a bonus of Rs. 1,000 requires Rs. 10,000 in qualifying wagers before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.4 Wagering Contributions. Different game types contribute differently toward satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise: slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; table games (RNG) contribute 10%; sports betting wagers with odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%; sports betting wagers with odds below 1.5 contribute 0%.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonuses and associated free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. 6ssix actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements; multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses; use of automated software; collusion between players. 6ssix reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any account determined to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.7 Maximum Bonus Win. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any single bonus award at 6ssix is Rs. 50,000, or 10x the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Winnings in excess of this cap generated from bonus funds may be removed from the account balance.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 6ssix platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating. Participation in any game constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All slot games and RNG-based table games on 6ssix are provided by certified software suppliers whose random number generation systems have been independently tested and certified to produce statistically random outcomes. The outcome of each game round is determined by the certified RNG and cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by either the player or 6ssix.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at 6ssix involve real cards, real wheels, and real dealers operating in licensed studio environments. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical action (card drawing, roulette wheel spin) and are not subject to RNG certification. Live game results are final upon conclusion of the game round.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, 6ssix will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake may be refunded to the player's 6ssix account. 6ssix's decision in technical malfunction scenarios is final. "Void" and "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" policy applies.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on 6ssix has published minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits may be modified by 6ssix at any time. Changes to limits do not retroactively affect game rounds already in progress.

7. Sports Betting Terms

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on 6ssix are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of 6ssix. 6ssix reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including: suspicion of match manipulation, errors in published odds, technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

7.2 Odds. Odds offered by 6ssix represent the probability of an outcome as assessed by 6ssix's trading team at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the start of the relevant event. Bets placed prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement, subject to these Terms.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are governed by events occurring in real time. 6ssix makes every effort to suspend in-play markets at appropriate points (e.g., wickets, goals, penalties). However, bets accepted during a brief delay between a real-world event and the market suspension may be voided at 6ssix's discretion.

7.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes refunded in the following circumstances: event postponed or cancelled; match not completed within the required time; obvious pricing error; bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's 6ssix account in full.

7.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-transaction payout from a sports bet or accumulator on 6ssix is Rs. 5,000,000 (fifty lakh rupees), unless a different limit is communicated to a specific player in writing.

7.6 Cricket Betting. For PSL and international cricket markets, 6ssix publishes event-specific match rules covering scenarios including: rain interruptions, DLS method application, toss-related rules, super overs, and forfeits. Players are advised to review match rules before placing cricket bets on 6ssix.

8. Responsible Gaming

6ssix is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The 6ssix platform is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income, a means of debt repayment, or a coping mechanism for financial or personal difficulties.

8.1 Player Protection Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 6ssix players at all times from within the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over defined periods. Reductions immediate; increases subject to cooling-off.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations.
• Reality Checks: Receive pop-up reminders at set intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) displaying your current session time and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During exclusion, account login is blocked and all marketing communications are ceased.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 6ssix platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or using more than one 6ssix account simultaneously
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error are void
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with 6ssix's technical infrastructure
• Using a 6ssix account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party
• Engaging in match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event on which a 6ssix sportsbook market is open
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 6ssix staff or other players
• Accessing 6ssix from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited, where you know or ought to know that such prohibition applies

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6ssix platform, including but not limited to: software, code, databases, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and structure of the platform ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to 6ssix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6ssix platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content; use any Content for commercial purposes; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any Content; or attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest data from the 6ssix platform by any means.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 6ssix provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ssix makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6ssix's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the 6ssix platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 6ssix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 6ssix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the 6ssix platform, even if 6ssix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 6ssix's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your 6ssix account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard KYC verification.

12.2 6ssix-Initiated Closure. 6ssix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirement; reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by a third party; or any other reason that 6ssix, in its reasonable discretion, considers sufficient.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of a 6ssix account for cause, 6ssix reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 6ssix may forfeit any balance in the account, including deposits. Any withdrawal of funds from an account under investigation may be suspended until the investigation is concluded.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or query relating to your 6ssix account or the operation of the platform should be directed to 6ssix support via live chat. 6ssix will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints promptly and fairly, typically within 48 hours for standard queries.

13.2 Formal Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through support channels, you may submit a formal written complaint to 6ssix via the email address listed on the platform. Formal complaints will receive a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

13.3 Escalation. If a formal complaint remains unresolved after 6ssix's internal process is exhausted, eligible players may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body associated with 6ssix's international gaming license, as communicated via our compliance documentation. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body is binding on both parties.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6ssix holds its international gaming license. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 above.

Nothing in this section prevents 6ssix from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

6ssix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6ssix will provide players with reasonable advance notice via: an on-platform notification displayed upon login; an SMS message to your registered mobile number; or any other communication method 6ssix deems appropriate.

Continued use of the 6ssix platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account in accordance with Section 12 before the effective date.
